RemoteClaw provides AI bot hosting and automation infrastructure services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Abuse of third-party platforms
- Violations of applicable laws or regulations
- Harassment, spam, or malicious activity
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of RemoteClaw complies with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you integrate with or access through our Service.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (daily, weekly, or monthly depending on the selected plan).
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund previous charges unless eligible under our Refund Policy.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. Continued payment failure may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
6. Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing RemoteClaw. We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscription purchases to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair usage of our services.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase if:
- This is your first subscription purchase, and
- The request is submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for:
- Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
- Requests submitted after 7 days from the initial purchase
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Abuse, misuse, or excessive resource consumption
